Most buyers know what they want, such as the number of bedrooms; but often it is the unexpected appeal of a property that grabs them emotionally. In our staged homes we take the opportunity to WOW the potential buyer with multiple “invitations” and give them that “I could move right in” feeling.

On the other hand, the burden of owning a no-longer-wanted-property can in some cases cause undue financial stress, often giving pressure to accept a less than desirable offer. And, because the longer a house sits on the market, the lower the offers tend to be.  It is best to stage early in order to sell quickly and profitably.
